Beginners welcome to these classes!
Tai Chi has been shown to improve over all health, balance, coordination, reduce stress and much more. In these beginner classes we learn Tai Chi principles, and movements that we put together in a short form that can be practiced for minutes a day. Included in classes are Qigong (health exercises) and meditation practices. While this is a moving form, Tai Chi can also be practiced in a chair or wheelchair.
Certified instructor Denise Lane has been practicing Tai Chi and Qigong for many years. She enjoys sharing her passion for this art with others.
