DESCRIPTION:Take an hour to rest\, breathe\, and reconnect through sound. As part of the Durango Creates! Grant\, Solum Life Therapy invites Durango’s Hispanic and Spanish speaking community to a free bilingual sound bath experience - presented in both English and Spanish. This 60 minute session combines crystal singing bowls\, gentle percussion\, and guided breathwork to help release tension and restore calm. Participants are invited to lie down or sit comfortably and allow the vibrations to create deep relaxation and balance. Please bring your own mat\, blanket\, or cushion — props are not provided.
