Grant\, Solum Life Therapy invites Durango’s first responders\, healthcare professionals\, and caregivers to a free community sound bath designed to support those who care for others every day. This 60?minute experience blends crystal singing bowls\, gentle percussion\, and guided breathwork to help release tension and promote deep relaxation. Participants are invited to lie down or sit comfortably and allow the sound vibrations to calm the mind and replenish the body. Please bring your own mat\, blanket\, or cushion — props are not provided. Caring for others often means carrying stress\, fatigue\, and emotional weight. This sound bath offers a quiet\, restorative space to reconnect with yourself\, recharge your nervous system\, and receive care in return. No prior experience is needed — simply come as you are.
