A little movement for you and plenty of togetherness with baby!
Baby & Me Yoga is a gentle, welcoming class where parents and caregivers can stretch, move, and reconnect with their bodies while bonding with their little ones.
Babies are welcome to wiggle, play, cuddle, feed, or take breaks throughout class. No yoga experience is necessary!
Come as you are and enjoy a supportive space for movement and connection.
The class is $10. You can pay with cash, card, or a punch pass upon arrival.
