We need volunteers to staff tables! TARA serves 800 food-insecure people in rural eastern La Plata County and western Archuleta County.

Needed food items:
Canned Proteins. Tuna and chicken and Spam and canned chili and soups
Peanut Butter - all types and sizes
Ham - can be frozen!
Coffee - ground beans and instant
Tea - in bags please
Evaporated milk in cans or boxed milk
Canned Beans. or bags of dry beans
Pasta & Pasta Sauce
Nuts
Rice
Pantry Staples. Flour, white and brown sugar, baking powder and baking soda
Canned Vegetables
Canned Fruits
Cooking Essentials, like olive oil, vegetable oil, vinegar, and spices. Personal Care items like Adult briefs, (Depends), tampons, pads, shampoo, conditioner, soap, razors, shaving cream. Travel sizes that folks have stocked up on are great too.
