With our unique twist on Clue, you'll interact with the extensive history of Durango's beloved Gable House while attempting to solve a murder puzzle. Our four-act game invites you to investigate, enjoy thematic meals, and unveil the culprit-if you can!

What to Expect:
Hosted in our charming Gable House, our Clue-themed murder mystery teleports you back to the late 1800s, to the inception of our historic bed & breakfast and the crime. Upon your arrival, our hosts of riddles will greet you with welcome packets, scripts, and contextual information telling how you've been connected to this mysterious homicide. Following this, we will begin with our meet-and-greet soirée, where you will introduce yourself to other characters. As you learn how your character is involved in the Gable House history, you'll piece together valuable information and investigate others. You'll find the answers to the famous Clue objectives: what weapon was used, where it took place, and who committed this heinous murder. Hints will be intertwined with twists and scattered in both our mystery manor and at nearby downtown Durango businesses. Unravel the frightfully rich history of our bed & breakfast while uncovering secrets about the crime. Grab your posse and work with or against each other to sort out the heart of the matter-who is responsible? Will you help us find the culprit?

Event Details:
Our unique murder mystery spans from Friday evening, January 24, 2025, to Sunday morning, January 26. A week prior to the event, each attendee will receive a letter unveiling details about their character. The welcome soirée initiates promptly at 4 p.m, at 4:45 p.m. we will further discuss game rules and provide you with all the sleuth materials you'll need. Following this, characters will skedaddle to nose around for hints. On Saturday, January 25, Act II will commence at 9 a.m. Saturday evening lodging guests are invited to enjoy a decadent supper (optional for non-lodging guests) at our mystery manor from 5:00-6:30 p.m. to prepare sleuths for Act III following the meal. The final act commences Sunday, January 26, at 9 a.m., when characters will submit their final stab at the case. The culprit will be exposed afterward, and the best hackshaws or detectives will receive all the plunder and loot. Our daily acts of riddle-me-ree will take less than two hours of your detective brain per day,so you can explore the rest of the Snowdown excitement. We invite you to dress the part and put your brain-pan in gear for this!
