In this intro Aikido course, participants (ages 18+) will come away with the intrinsic skills at the heart of Aikido, Japan's youngest martial art. Registration for the full series covers all 24 classes, private lessons, and a fab Aikido shirt. Upon completion, participants will be knocking on the door of their first belt rank (kyu) in a martial art!
