The 9th week of Leadership Training will essentially bring all of the previous courses together in a neat little package. We will review the Levels of Leadership and how they relate to Awareness, Emotional Intelligence, Communication, Engagement, Teams, Influence and Conflict. At the end of this course and the 9 weeks you will have your blinders off and see yourself, your employees and your workplace through a clear lens and a wide-open view from the top of the Leadership Ladder! (This course is only for participants who have completed the previous 8 weeks of training modules.)
