September 22 – October 13 (4 weeks) Thursdays, 6:30 – 8pm $115 DAC Members / $130 General + $35 materials fee paid to instructor on September 22. Fee includes: 24 tubes of acrylic paint, three brushes, two canvas panels, and a deluxe ceramic palette.

The Lacework Method overlaps layers of open brushwork to suggest the complex textures of nature, with inherent control of light and color. Experienced painters will gain efficient precision. Patient beginners will learn a reliable method to achieve realism. This course is for the thinking painter who wants to observe and portray accurately.
