The Durango Arts Center's Annual Members’ Exhibit exhibit provides DAC members with the opportunity to create and present artwork inspired by the natural landscapes of the Southwest. This opportunity is open to all DAC members, is a non-juried, salon-style show and there is no charge to enter. Artwork drop-off is September 20, 10am-2pm in the Barbara Conrad Gallery, and the exhibit will open on Friday, September 23 from 5-7pm. Cash awards include Best of Show, 2nd & 3rd, as well as a "Reflections of Durango" award presented by the Durango Chamber of Commerce. The selected artwork will be reproduced (1000 prints) and distributed to all Chamber members and the Chamber also has first option to purchase the artwork for possible auction at their Annual Awards Event.
