The Home Builders Association of Southwest Colorado presents the 13th Annual Parade of Homes!

Come join us September 23-25th to tour the area’s most beautiful homes, both new and remodeled, get exciting design ideas, and mingle with local builders & suppliers. The three-day event kicks off Friday, September 23rd with “Homes Under the Stars,” with select homes offering music and refreshments to all participants.

Participants who visit every home in the parade will be entered to win exclusive prize packages valued at over $12,000! You don’t want to miss out!

Tickets are $20, including the complete tour and trips to the Southwest Appliance “Grill & Chill,” and the Smart Enterprises “Sweet Treats” events.
