Fort Lewis College Theatre Department kicks off its Fall season with The Flick written by Award Winning playwright, Annie Baker and directed by Theresa A. Carson.

Audiences will be seated ON-STAGE during all performances.

Limited seating available and purchasing tickets in advance is highly recommended. The story takes place at one of the last movie theaters in Massachusetts that uses a 35mm film projector, things plod on as they have for a long time. For employees Avery, Rose, and Sam, the daily monotony of their work becomes a backdrop for the small milestones in their lives. As they sweep, mop, and tend to the projector, they hope to find relationships and experiences that feel more real. With keen insight and a finely-tuned comic eye, "The Flick" is a hilarious and heart-rending cry for authenticity in a fast-changing world.
