Class size is limited and will be held in Mind’s Eye Movement Pilates Studio 1970 East 3rd Avenue Suite 203 Riverside Professional Building North of the library. The class will include demonstrations and opportunities for hands-on experience. For those wishing to participate, wear loose comfortable clothes.
