Every woman needs to take this course! Did you know that in the US, 1.3 women are raped every minute? One out of every three women will be assaulted in her lifetime. You MUST take time to learn self defense to protect yourself. We often walk around thinking “Oh, that won’t happen to me” but those are the times we are complacent and not paying attention to our surroundings or listening to our instinct.
