Local artist Deborah Sussex will lead students in the exploration of the diverse and expressive possibilities of pastel painting. Class format will include short demonstrations emphasizing particular principles followed by guided exercises. Students will enjoy discussions about materials, color use, generating sketches and how to compose a painting. Open to artists of all levels. Learn the elements necessary to see your artist’s mind flourish!
