Nia is a holistic fitness practice that combines dance, martial arts and mindfulness. Each workout leaves you feeling energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced. Nia is low-impact, and adaptable to individual needs and abilities. The instructor, Ashley Hill has a black belt certification in Nia Dance. Classes will be held regularly on Wednesdays 2:30pm-3:30pm
The cost is $4 for a drop in or $15 for 5 classes.
