The second annual Women Outside Adventure Forum by Backcountry Experience is here! We're setting out to empower and inspire women of all ages (and men, too!) with a rock star lineup of female runners, climbers, skiers, writers, and all-around adventurers.

We're kicking off with ultrarunner Anna Frost and filmmaker Hilary Oliver. Anna Frost is a two-time champion of the Hardrock 100 Endurance Run and numerous other long distance races around the world. Overcoming both injury and depression, Anna has become one of the most recognized faces in the running world and has managed to make a career out of her two passions: running and traveling.

Hilary Oliver’s film “Being Here” won the People’s Choice Award at the 5Point Film Festival in 2016. “Being Here” is a beautiful poetic ode to the desert wilderness we all love. Watch the film and ask her about her inspiration in a Q&A session afterwards.
