DESCRIPTION
The second annual Women Outside Adventure Forum by Backcountry Experience is here! We're setting out to empower and inspire women of all ages (and men, too!) with a rock star lineup of female runners, climbers, skiers, writers, and all-around adventurers.

National Geographic Adventurer, author, and activist Shannon Galpin will speak at Women Outside on March 28th. Shannon became the first person to mountain bike across the Panjshir Valley in Afghanistan, a country where women are not allowed to ride bicycles. She campaigns for women’s rights worldwide and supports the Afghan National Women's Cycling Team.

Tickets are $28 and include a signed copy of Shannon’s memoir Mountain to Mountain and a complimentary glass of wine. Seating is limited, so get your tickets today!

Available at Backcountry Experience and Maria's Bookshop. Proceeds benefit San Juan Mountain SOLES.
