Since the launch of the first Creativity Festivity in 1992, the Durango Arts Center has strived to celebrate and nurture learning through the arts. The annual event celebrates children’s imaginative work in art, theatre, poetry and music. The 2017 theme of Creativity Festivity is Art Connects the World.

Come out for the annual High School Poetry Slam, coordinated by Durango School District 9R High School teacher, Kevinanne Curmano. Featuring accompaniment from Stillwater Music. This event is great, creative fun!
