DESCRIPTION
Smithsonian anthropologist Dr. Douglas Owsley will speak at the Fort Lewis College Student Union Ballroom at 7:00 PM, Friday, September 15th, preceded by a reception at 6:30. Hosted by the San Juan Basin Archaeological Society, the FLC Anthropology Department, and the Lifelong Learning Program, Owsley’s lecture “Forensic Investigation of the 17th Century Chesapeake : Colonial Jamestown and Historic St. Mary’s City”, will benefit the internship program at the FLC Center of Southwest Studies.
