Once again, the REEL Environmental Film Experience promises an evening of incredible cinematography, powerful conversation and inspired action. This year, our event features the award-winning documentary, Chasing Coral in which divers, photographers and scientists set out on an ocean adventure to discover why the reefs are disappearing and to reveal the underwater mystery to the world. This film captures the beauty of the underwater world and is not to be missed on the big screen. Local diver, Shelley Milsap, will help us draw the connection between our experience in land-locked Durango through tales of her international diving experience and local community groups will round out the evening with opportunities to take action and be part of the solution. As always, the event will kick off with an ethically-produced dinner and cash-bar libations.

All proceeds benefit the Environmental Center’s work to cultivate tomorrow’s environmental leaders through advancing campus and regional sustainability today.
