Do you love working with children or being outside? Want to gain experience teaching environmental science this winter? Join Durango Nature Studies this Winter as a Volunteer Naturalist! Durango Nature Studies brings students from Durango and the four corners region to enjoy a snowshoe experience while learning about winter ecology and snow science. Each program aligns to Colorado Science Standards and engages students in hands on, scientific inquiry outdoors.
