It’s a New Year, and a New Home for the Liberty School! We’ve come a long way and want to celebrate with our community! In 2015 we were fortunate enough to receive a very generous donation of a gorgeous, nine-acre parcel of land, located on the north side of Durango. This amazing piece of property features a plethora of learning opportunities, including a rushing stream, fruit trees, cliffs, and abundant species of wildlife. After operating in five different temporary facilities, the time has come for Liberty to build a permanent home. Our capital campaign has raised over $1.5 million and we've secured a $1.3 million loan, so we will be celebrating this long journey by breaking ground to open our new facility doors in August 2018.
