The Center of Southwest Studies at Fort Lewis College welcomes University of Colorado professor Charles Wilkinson on Thursday, March 22nd as he will deliver the 2018 Duane Smith Lecture in Southwest Studies at 7:00 pm in the Fort Lewis College Ballroom. Wilkinson’s lecture, “The Greatness of Bears Ears National Monument: Five Tribes Define a Spiritual Cultural Area in Redrock Utah and Make It Law” is free and open to the public.
