Saturday, April 14th the La Plata County Historical Society will host a Rails & Reels History Train to benefit the Animas Museum. The cost is $85 which includes a train ticket and box lunch (prepared by the Strater Hotel).

On the journey to Cascade, each car’s narrator will provide stories & information about the many movies filmed in our area. You can purchase tickets at the Animas Museum, 3065 W. 2nd Ave. or call 970 259-2402. Deadline for purchasing tickets is Tuesday, April 10th.
