The Kick-off Event for the 4th Annual Wear the Love campaign will be held on May 11th from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the Durango Welcome Center (802 Main Ave). The event will be a chance for attendees to receive this year’s signature pendant in recognition of their donation to support women and children in our community, as well as enjoy complementary wine and appetizers. Guests will also have the opportunity to learn about the crucial services the Volunteers of America Southwest Safehouse and Durango Community Shelter offer to local women and children.

Supporters will receive a limited edition beautiful suede and metal bracelet by 2018 Featured Artist Susie Fisher, for a donation of $60 to the Volunteers of America Durango Community Shelter and Southwest Safehouse. Each pendant comes with the personal stories of individuals impacted by the support and services provided by the Durango Community Shelter and Southwest Safehouse.
