Prenatal Yoga is unique from other classes in that it is comprised of only expectant mothers, creating a level of safety and comfort to learn as well as share their own wisdom. Prenatal Yoga helps with increased body and breath awareness while adjusting to the demands of labor, birth and beyond. Yoga postures help to prepare the body for birth and breath control exercises help with preparing the mind.
