The Great Decisions 2019 discussion group will meet at the Durango Public Library to discuss “The Rise of Populism in Europe.” Facilitator Dr. Paul DeBell, Assistant Professor of Political Science at Fort Lewis College, will present background materials and a film by the Foreign Policy Association, and lead participants in a discussion of the issues. The public is invited to attend this free discussion and participants are encouraged to bring a sack lunch.
