Percussionist Jake Harpster will perform classical and contemporary works on marimba and snare drum. Harpster is a member of The United States Army Band "Pershing's Own". His background is in classical percussion and you'll get a lot of that as he performs pieces by Bach on marimba. He moves to a more modern theme with works by Eric Sammut, Ben Wahlund, and more. Harpster was the feature marimba soloist on the Tony and Emmy award-winning Broadway production of "BLAST". With this show he toured the United States, South Korea, and all 47 prefectures in Japan.

Jake Harpster arranges and designs marching percussion for ensembles across the country and has taught at a number of prestigious schools and universities.
