The 4th annual passeggiata will begin at Buckley Park for a few passeggiata bike laps and finish at Carver Brewing Company for the Community Forum. Years ago, Paul Wilbert started a weekly informal passeggiata bike ride up and down Main Avenue during the summer evenings, named after the Italian custom of taking an evening stroll. Bonus points for riding leisurely, conversation with friends, stopping at the red lights and not putting your foot down. After a few laps Paul and his friends would go for gelato and enjoy the fine summer nights in Durango.
