Hula is a meditation-in-motion. It is the bodily expression of ALOHA: living a life of kindness and tenderness, unity and harmony, honesty and humility, patience and perseverance. This movement is soothing for the soul and discipline for the body.
Mondays @ 6:15 PM and Thursdays 10:15 AM. Arrive early to meet & greet and change into practice clothes. Practices starts with Oli (chant). What to wear: Pa'u (hula skirt), hula pareo, shorts, yoga pants or your favorite skirt. $12. Punch passes available.
Bring a water bottle. No experience necessary. Be our guest. It is common in Hawaii for anyone in the community share aloha by sitting to observe. Come be our guest to watch or dance.
