Join BHA on August 12th at Ernie's 11th Street Station - The First Beer is On Us! We will be talking about the upcoming boots on the ground project for the Hermosa Creek Special Management Area in collaboration with the USFS and looking for volunteers to assist. Also, we will discuss the ongoing Bighorn Citizen Science effort in collaboration with the USFS, Great Old Broads for Wilderness, Mountain Studies Institute and Rocky Mountain Bighorn Society. There will be information about the BGSS, Silverton area trail expansion, collaboration with the USFS for trail monitoring opportunities and other public land issues in SW CO. We will also talk about our experience with Mountain Archery Festival.
