Bhotia Foundation Fundraiser - An Evening in the Himalayas On Thursday, November 14, 2019, 5:30-8:00pm, the non-profit Bhotia Foundation will hold a fundraiser at the Durango Arts Center to benefit charitable projects in Nepal. Attendees will experience an immersion in the food and culture of Nepal. There will be food by the Himalayan Kitchen, a singing bowl presentation, stories and movie shorts of the 2019 service trip to Nepal, and Nepali music and dance. Information about future service treks to Nepal and other ways people can contribute will also be discussed. Tickets are $50 prior to the event and may be purchased at Himalayan Kitchen, Good Karma, Dreams of Tibet, and Dancing Willow Herbs, or $65 at the door.
