On Tuesday, February 11th, at 11:45 a.m. at the Durango Public Library, our second discussion for 2020 will be “China's Road into Latin America.” Facilitator Mike Todt will present background materials and a film by the Foreign Policy Association, and lead participants in a discussion of the issues.

We encourage the public to attend this free discussion and bring a brown bag lunch.
