Group Visit Format: Prior to meeting, please stop by Olea Wellness Center to pick up a test kit that contains everything you will need to collect a sample. You will use an auto-lancet to prick your finger to collect a few spots of blood on a card. A paid shipping envelope will be provided to return the test sample to US Biotek. In 5-10 business days, the results will be provided to Dr. Maly. Each participant will receive a 15-minute consult over the phone to review results. During the 1-hr group visit, there will be discussion about the science behind food sensitivities, how to properly do an elimination diet and create an action plan to heal the gut lining.
