Colorado Legal Services hosts a free legal presentation about Colorado Landlord-Tenant Law and your rights as a tenant. This presentation is taught by a volunteer attorney and is designed for low-income residents who are renting property from private landlords in Colorado. Topics include: best rental practices, evictions, conditions issues, security deposits, etc.
