KDUR is proud to present its annual Furniture as Art Auction. This event serves as a one of a kind fundraiser that helps KDUR to continue offering diverse music, alternative news, local public affairs programming, and provide educational opportunities to Fort Lewis College students and La Plata County community members. KDUR is a volunteer powered community radio that creates a bridge between Fort Lewis College and La Plata County. The Furniture as Art Auction is a celebration of art and diversity. With unique pieces from over 25 local artists that are as incredible, fun, and diverse, as the student body and community that KDUR serves. All of the art pieces are graciously created and donated to the auction from artists of this remarkable community. All proceeds go to KDUR, a station that keeps students and community at its center. We invite you to attend this preeminent fundraiser and support the station that gives everyone a voice.

Join us at the Durango Arts Center for an amazing fundraising event. Tickets are $30 and can be purchased at Maria's Bookshop or here at KDUR. Your ticket purchase includes 3 drinks and delicious appetizers! Catering provided by Good on the Bun! Calvin and Pat Story from Treasure Auction will be facilitating the auction and we are looking forward to an amazing time! We have pieces from over 25 local artists and we are so excited for you to see the amazing work that they have done. Keep your eyes out around town for some of the pieces as they will be on display in various locations leading up to the event.
