Designed for beginners to experience the basics of yoga in a non-intimidating environment. We will learn the fundamentals of alignment and breathing, and practice basic stretches, balancing poses, strengthening exercises, and relaxation techniques. No previous yoga experience is necessary!
Yoga Basics meets once per month on the second Saturday from 11 am to 12:15 pm. Instructors vary from month-to-month. There is no class fee but donations in any amount are welcome.
