Heavy weights are no longer just for the boys! We've all heard about the benefits of weight lifting for women...but getting started can be intimidating. Learn the basics in this ladies-only class for barbell beginners! Together, you'll learn how to properly pick up (deadlift), squat, and press weight in a friendly group-setting with a female coach.
This two-part course is happening on Tuesday 7/14 and Thursday 7/16 from 6:15 - 7:15 pm. Registration is $40 and is limited to 9 participants to maintain safe social distancing.
This course is open to all, non-members and members.
