The 2021 La Plata County Fair is slated to be held August 11-15 at the La Plata County Fair Fairgrounds. The five days of fun will feature entertainment for the whole family including displays, animals, exhibits, the livestock auction, the 4-H Community BBQ, dancing, food and more.

Legendary singer, songwriter, Grammy award winner and western historian Michael Martin Murphey will headline this year's La Plata County's "Friday at the Fair" on August 13th.

He will take the stage at the La Plata County Fairgrounds Rodeo Arena at 8:00, rain or shine. Bayfield native and country western singer, songwriter Tyller Gummersall kicks off the show at 7:15. Gates will open at 5:30. Reserved seating $45 and General Admission $25 (plus ticketing fees).
