The 6th annual Rocky Mountain UkeFest features special guest artists Victoria Vox & Jack Mahers, Daniel Ward, Marnie Ward and Devin Scott.

Rocky Mountain UkeFest will kick off its 6th year on Thursday, July 8, 3 pm with a "Get Your Uke On!" FOR BEGINNERS ONLY. Ukulele workshops, open mics, live jam sessions and concerts will be featured at venues throughout Durango including Smiley Building, Fort Lewis College, Animas City Theatre and more throughout the weekend.

Beginner, intermediate and advanced ukulele players are encouraged to register for the UkeFest and be prepared to exit as Rockstar.

Denise Leslie, festival producer and ukulele player herself is excited to present such a prestigious group of artists and says “the ukulele festival is really focused on workshops and teaching ukulele skills to all levels of musicians. We’ll have ukuleles to purchase along with classes to teach even the novice. We are hoping to have strumming and playing happening all over town!”
