It's still summer, but it's time to think about getting your fall-planted bulbs SOON. The Durango Botanic Gardens 11th annual Bulb Sale will once again be conducted online. Over 60 types of bulbs will be available to order. The Bulb Sale preview opens on July 23 on the Botanic Gardens' website: www.durangobotanicgardens.org. You will find pictures and descriptions of all the available bulbs to help you plan your garden. The online store will be open Aug. 6 - 17.

Paid orders will be available for pickup Oct 15, 16, 17, and 23 at a variety of locations and times that will be posted on the website. October is the ideal time to plant your daffodils, tulips, Dutch iris, hyacinth, crocus, and other spring beauties! Bulbs are easy to grow and return year after year.

There is a world-wide shortage of bulbs again this year, so don't miss out! Mark your calendars to go online August 6th to www.durangobotanicgardens.org to order your bulbs.
