Join potter Margie Coates for an 11 week pottery class every Wednesday from 1pm - 3pm.

Students will learn the expressive potential of hand-building with clay through pinch, coil, and slab construction and will be introduced to the potter's wheel, for beginning and intermediate students. Basic throwing skills will be taught, as well as design and decorative techniques for functional pottery forms. Individual interests and skills will drive the class.

Classes begin September 8th and end November 17th and all levels are welcome! Cost is $220 per 11 week session ($20 per class) plus a $35 materials fee. Firing work created in class is included in the fee.
