Move over, orange bitters, it's time to get wild!  This isn't your garden variety bitters class. We're getting wild with local roots, leaves, berries, and mushrooms in this hands-on workshop. Sample wild botanical bitters, simple syrups, and blends that can be used for cocktails, mocktails, and cooking.  Make 2 extracts to take home, and learn medicinal uses and folklore for each featured botanical.  We'll also get into a short history of bitters.  $45.
