4 The Children provides advocacy and support for children and families in crisis in the 5-county region. 4TC provides safe exchange and supervised visitation services for families involved in high conflict custody cases through the SEPT program, and the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) program provides children who have been removed from their home with a highly trained volunteer that acts on their behalf throughout the duration of their court case. In addition, 4TC is creating a Child Advocacy Center program for children and their family who have experienced sexual abuse or assault. This child-oriented facility will serve both La Plata and Archuleta counties and provide one place to care for the needs of our communities' children.
