Are you a 12 - 16 yo that is looking for something fun to do?
Even if you do sports or not, maybe you're looking for a new way to feel strong, healthy and confident to compliment your already awesome self. This after school class will work on proper form and strength to build an awesome foundation for your life of movement and mobility. We shake it up in this class with yoga, plyometrics, hiit, cardio and a mix up of exercises, so we never get bored:) don't wait until your 40 to train the body you'll have for a lifetime. We will talk about how YOU want to work out and what YOUR goals are, so you get what YOUR body needs and have some fun with exercise. Join us!
