Zumba Gold is a modified Zumba class for active older adults or anyone else interested in the same fun, but low impact, moves to music from around the world, and at a lower-intensity. Zumba Gold Toning uses light weights while dancing (if desired; not required). This class format is approximately 50% regular Gold and 50% Gold Toning.

The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Your instructor is Kathi MacNaughton.
