Durango's annual Creativity Festivity celebration launched in 1992, modeled after the Kennedy Centers' Imagination Celebration.

The entire month of April is dedicated to the Creativity Festivity, hosting events and opportunities for local youth to share their work with the greater arts community in Durango.
