Learn to cut and polish a cabochon. In this class you will learn how to operate a large slab saw. From the slab you will be able to cut out an oval blank which you will learn to grind to shape and polish. You will have created a stone that is ready to set in jewelry. You will also learn how to drill a hole in a stone and how to make a matched pair of earrings out of rock. Cost of the class is $80. All materials are provided.
