The 7 Chakras (energy centers) of the body are our very own energetic limbs. These centers are constantly giving and receiving information to and from our physical environment. When not in balance these disharmonies can manifest as mental, physical and emotional dis-ease. When in harmony, we feel clear, rooted, assured and at our best.
